It began with a pure resonance with a single artist. Masato Yamaguchi is an artist who was baptized by the music, fashion, and design of 90s Tokyo, and has sublimated that sensibility into contemporary art. We deeply resonated with his theme of \"Trans-reality (reality beyond reality)\" and his stance of continuously questioning \"what is reality\" by depicting women taking selfies. In that, the principles we continue to protect90s hip hop<\/b>and the aesthetics overlap, leading to new worksConnection<\/b>It began. What was surprising were the numerous synchronicities revealed through face-to-face interaction. This work is an attempt to envelop Mr. Yamaguchi's representative work, \"Stencil Object,\" in the streetscapes we have breathed in. Facing the turntable at the center of the work is the fictional woman, \"Luna.\"Her invisible beats\nare surrounded by the inorganic and wild scenery common to streets all over the world.\nThe countless overlapping stickers on utility poles and walls,\ncreating a \"city = street's accumulation,\" have been elevated to the subject of expression.\nThe base is engraved with the Cream Team Records logo,\nand spray-painted in a manner consistent with graffiti.\nThe logos of legends symbolizing the atmosphere of the golden age of 90s HIP HOP\nare collaged as stickers.\nThis base, where digital design and street improvisation intersect,\nis no longer just a foundation, but the memories of the city and Luna's music.<\/b>To connect, to be part of a work.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The stickers applied to the details are not yet complete. Just as tags proliferate on the streets, changing the face of the city, this work will also continue to have stickers layered on, transforming it. Logos and graffiti, once a means of commercial advertising (promotion), merge with Mr. Yamaguchi's depiction of a \"reality beyond reality\" and are unified under a single context. To sublimate fleeting enthusiasm and consumable designs into \"art pieces\" with immutable strength. \"Sticking stickers\"Street culture connected to contemporary art<\/b>and is sublimated into new expressions. The texture of dripping paint and the overlapping of ever-multiplying logos do not simply depict nostalgia.
