This is a digital service, so there are no shipping fees. Data transfer costs are paid by the customer.<\/p><h2 class='rt-h2'>Payment methods and payment timing<\/h2><p>Credit card only. Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment is finalized at the time of application.<\/p><h2 class='rt-h2'>Turnaround and delivery<\/h2><p>It takes a few days from the moment we receive your audio, because the track runs through analog hardware in real time. The exact time varies with the number of tracks and the material. We email you a download link when it is finished.<\/p><h2 class='rt-h2'>Submission data specifications<\/h2><ul><li>WAV or AIFF (24-bit 48kHz recommended)<\/li><li>Remove all limiters and maximizers from the master bus.<\/li><li>Please ensure that the peaks stay between -3dB and -6dB even in the loudest sections.<\/li><\/ul><p class='rt-note'>If the peaks exceed -3dB, the sound will distort. Once it passes through the actual hardware, it cannot be undone. Please re-export the audio.<\/p><h2 class='rt-h2'>Revisions, cancellation and refunds<\/h2><p>One round of revisions is included at no charge. Every revision means running the track through the hardware again from scratch.<\/p><p>Once work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. This is a digital service, so refunds are not available.<\/p><h2 class='rt-h2'>Handling hiss noise<\/h2><p>We leave the hiss noise in. It is part of the texture. We apply a natural fade only where it stands out at the very start or the very end.<\/p><h2 class='rt-h2'>Cooling-off period<\/h2><p>Cooling-off applies to door-to-door sales and similar transactions.
